We try to keep things simple by including most costs in our packages: cleaning products & supplies, in-city travel expenses for errands, etc. Some additional costs may not be included such as: groceries, cookware, vacuum cleaner, etc. We value our time and yours, so we require a minimum of 3 hours for one person to work on each service date. According to availability and other considerations, we may request more than one service provider for your household. Working together reduces the time it takes to accomplish the tasks at hand (minimum 2 hours for 2 people).

Half-day service packages

Morning or afternoon service for 3-4 hours of work per day for one person (half the time for two people working together in the home). This service selection is great for frequent services or small households.

Real results example #1:
S & R are working professionals who have three children under 5 years old and a puppy. They enjoy coming home to a tidy home and stocked fridge and pantry. They need help three afternoons per week to keep up with their dishes, laundry, bathrooms, floors, groceries, meal preparation, and occasional childcare or puppy-sitting. Every day the tasks change so that the whole house gets cleaned, organized, and stocked on rotation as needed. Frequent short shifts are ideal for them.

Real results example #2:
N & V are working professionals who have a dog. They have a large home which they keep tidy and well-stocked. They need their main floor and upstairs cleaned once a month in case they don’t have the time to do it themselves.

5-6 hour service packages

Service for up to 6 hours per day for one person (half the time for two people working together in the home). This service selection is great for small households who enjoy a clean home and a home-cooked meal in the same day, or large households who only need cleaning.

Real results example #1:
S & A are working professionals who have multiple pets and older children. They have a large home that is well-maintained with general cleaning every two weeks. Household members take care of their own laundry, errands, and meals, so their service includes cleaning areas on rotation.

Real results example #2:
M & B are working professionals who have five children under 18. They have a large home and yard that requires seasonal work. They need general cleaning, snow shoveling or garden work, and an occasional meal prepared every two weeks. Household members take care of their own laundry and the house is usually tidy.

Full-day service packages

Service for up to 8 hours per day for one person (half the time for two people working together in the home). This service selection is great for large homes, households that need a full range of services, households who want multiple services infrequently, and move-in or move-out cleaning.

Real results example #1:
T & K are working professionals with twins under 5 years old. They have a small home and yard, and once a month they love to have the house cleaned, groceries stocked, and a home-cooked meal ready when they get home. When they leave the home tidy with no laundry to do there’s often a surprise area that gets cleaned like the fridge or under the kitchen sink.

Real results example #2:
H is a working professional and single parent of one older child. They have a medium-sized home and both members help out with chores, but with a busy sports and career schedule there are too many tasks to do in a week. Every two weeks they need help with organizing, cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Sometimes grocery shopping has to be done, or other unexpected priorities come up like meal preparation instead of something else. H appreciates the flexibility of their service provider and communicates their priorities with as much notice as possible.
